These are the people I teach in the studio. Over 60,000 people around the world follow my journey on Instagram, too. If you’ve ever watched a session on your phone and fancied joining in, there’s a place for you here.

Come along live and we’ll work on mobility, strength and body awareness together, each at our own pace. If you miss a session, you can catch the replay and join us for the next one. The workout library is there when you want to practise a movement again.

Getting the
world moving.

As we get older, it’s worth making time for the strength we rely on every day. In my classes, we work on keeping your joints mobile and building strength in the muscles around them. I want you to feel comfortable moving in your own body, now and in the years ahead.

Our families can support us as we age. Our bodies have been supporting us all our lives. At Motion First, we make time to give that care back, together.

Portrait of Ryan Abraham

My story.

I’m Ryan Abraham, a Level 3 personal trainer and movement coach. I’ve spent five and a half years training and working in fitness.

My addiction to drugs began when I was 14 and lasted 16 years. I’ve now been sober for over three years. On Instagram, I share what recovery looks like for me and talk openly about mental health alongside the movement I teach.

Motion First started as an idea. Today I get to teach it in the studio and share it with people around the world.
